About The Job:
• The core requirements involve document management system administration (basic level), document migration review, and managing non-employee compliance audits (such as contract end date audits and policy acknowledgments).
• Shift Hours: Align with the US team, though some flexibility may be needed for global project support.
Essential Job Functions:
• Document Management System Administration: Basic level experience with managing requests/tickets.
• Audit and Risk Mitigation: Experience managing compliance audits (e.g., contract end dates and policy acknowledgments) to monitor areas of legal exposure.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international employment laws, as well as international labor standards. Ability to find information using resources and AI tech.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in HRIS data analysis and generating actionable recommendations from audit outcomes.
• Strategic Communication: Ability to translate legal requirements into compliant processes

Skills:
• Experience: We are looking for a P1-level equivalent, similar to Priya's experience level. So 1-3 years experience would be more appropriate.
Education:
• bachelors in human resources
