Required skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills to include active listening.
Proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office, Google Suite software etc.
Servant’s heart and ability to assist client employees (Heroes) in reaching their goals.
Empathy to know we don’t all come from the same place, have the same skills, or aspire to the same things in life.
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Education and Experience:
Use your superpowers to make a difference in someone’s life.
Successfully achieved your high school diploma or GED.
AFCPE certified a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Receptivity to regular use of a computer
Exceptional communication skills.
Prolonged periods of time standing/sitting, taking virtual meetings, searching for resources and completing data entry in CRM.
Salary Range:
The position will start with part-time hours for the remainder of 2026 and may move to fulltime within the first or second quarter of the new year in 2027. (this is an hourly position $20.43 – $21.63)
Equity in ProsperBridge as a company upon satisfying length of time with us.
Benefits:
Employees working 30 hours or less are not benefit eligible. Those working 31 hours or more receive holiday pay, vacation pay, and sick pay.
Our benefit offerings will grow as we grow, presently they include employer paid life insurance and short term disability, a home office and Internet allowance. As our employee count grows medical, dental and vision will be offered with an employee premium and employer subside. We are a drug free workplace.
