Role Description This part-time remote Project Manager role at Comissão de Recuperação Judicial e Falência - OAB/RJ focuses on coordinating projects related to judicial recovery and bankruptcy initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. The Project Manager will plan and track project activities, manage deliverables, and monitor progress against agreed milestones. Responsibilities include facilitating communication among stakeholders, preparing status reports and documentation, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. The role also involves assisting with resource allocation, identifying risks and issues, and proposing solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and managing deliverables.
Candidates should possess solid Program Management abilities to coordinate multiple related initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Candidates should possess developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support evidence-based decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and produce clear reports and documentation.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to help track project costs and support responsible resource use.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Administration, or a related field preferred; experience with legal or judicial recovery contexts is an advantage.
Proven experience managing projects in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms; familiarity with Brazilian legal procedures related to insolvency is a plus.
