We are looking for an experienced Quality/Sales Coach who can drive sales excellence, improve advocate performance, and enhance customer experience through effective coaching and data-driven insights.

🔹 Must-Have Skills
Sales Coaching / Quality / Training experience
Strong Sales & Customer Experience understanding
Experience with KPI & Quality Management
Strong coaching, feedback & performance improvement skills
Excellent communication, active listening & probing skills
Ability to analyze AI insights, interaction data & sales metrics
Knowledge of sales processes and customer engagement
Microsoft products/solutions knowledge is an advantage
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions for sales advocates.
Review customer interactions, AI insights, quality scores, and sales KPIs.
Identify performance gaps and create individual coaching plans.
Coach advocates on active listening, empathy, probing, sales intent, and objection handling.
Provide constructive feedback and drive accountability for improvement.
Track coaching effectiveness and advocate performance trends.
Support improvements in sales conversion, quality, CSAT, and overall customer experience.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment for advocates.
