Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be the face of Enrichwise for new HNI clients.
Your core responsibility will be to build trust quickly, convert inbound HNI prospects, and guide clients through structured financial frameworks.
You’ll work closely with Associates for client intake and CRMs for servicing, while your primary focus will remain on client conversion and relationship building.
The role also offers a potential growth path to Head of Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound HNI and upper-middle-class prospects with ₹50L–₹1Cr+ investment ticket sizes
Profile clients across age, income, assets, liabilities, investments, and goals
Build trust and convert prospects within short decision cycles
Handle objections around DIY investing, PMS, and direct mutual funds with clarity
Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend suitable asset allocation strategies
Collaborate with Associates and CRMs for smooth client onboarding
Train junior team members through call shadowing and best practices
Maintain discipline in Zoho CRM and adhere to compliance requirements
Eligibility
Mandatory
NISM Series V-A – Mutual Fund Distributor Certification
Preferred
IRDA
CA
CFA Level 1
CFP
MBA in Finance
Prior experience with Banks, AMCs, Private Wealth Firms, or Wealth Management Companies such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, Axis, IIFL, Edelweiss, Anand Rathi, or Motilal Oswal is preferred.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in:
Managing ₹5Cr+ client portfolios
Closing investments of ₹50L–₹1Cr+

Compensation & Growth
Fixed Salary: ₹10–18 LPA, depending on experience
