Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Writer who can think creatively, understand different brands, and turn ideas into engaging content.
You’ll work across multiple brand niches, so we’re looking for someone who can quickly understand a brand, its audience, and its tone of voice — rather than writing generic social media content.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and handle social media pages for multiple brands.
- Plan monthly content calendars and social media ideas.
- Write creative copy for posts, carousels, reels, campaigns, and other digital content.
- Adapt your writing style to different industries and brand voices.
- Research trends, competitors, audiences, and content opportunities.
- Come up with fresh concepts, hooks, captions, and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to turn ideas into strong creatives.
- Schedule/publish content and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and in-person team meetings in Chennai.
Who we’re looking for
Someone with strong written English, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in social media, branding, storytelling, and creative marketing. You should be comfortable handling different brands simultaneously and taking ownership of your work.
You must be based in Chennai or able to regularly attend team meetings in Chennai.
Bonus: Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, content strategy, basic SEO, or working in a creative/marketing agency.
Most importantly: We’re looking for someone who can think like a brand, not just write like a content writer
in brand messaging.
