Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer who can lead the creative development and end-to-end production of high-quality content across social, digital, branded content, influencer campaigns, films and integrated marketing campaigns.
The role requires someone who is equally strong at creative thinking and production execution—someone who can take an idea from a brief, shape it into a compelling creative proposition, build the right team and production ecosystem around it, and deliver the final output within the required timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital-first content, production processes, pop culture and emerging content formats, along with the ability to confidently manage clients, creative teams, directors, production partners and multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
6–10 years of relevant experience in creative production, content development and end-to-end production execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Creative Development & Ideation
Develop and research creative ideas for campaigns, branded content, social media, influencer campaigns, IPs, digital films and ad films.
Translate client briefs and business objectives into strong, relevant and executable creative concepts.
Stay updated with pop culture, social trends, digital formats, brand campaigns, fashion, entertainment and emerging content trends.
Identify opportunities to turn cultural and digital trends into compelling brand content.
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Writers, Designers, Directors and Strategists to develop ideas from concept to execution.
Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities through strong creative thinking and production solutions.
2. End-to-End Production
Own projects from ideation and pre-production through shoot, post-production and final delivery.
Develop production plans, timelines, budgets and execution strategies.
Coordinate with directors, DOPs, writers, designers, editors, motion artists, stylists, influencers and other creative partners.
Oversee shoots and ensure the creative vision is translated accurately on-ground.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines and budgets.
Ensure all deliverables are production-ready and meet the required creative standards.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key point of contact for clients across assigned projects.
Present creative ideas, production approaches and project plans to clients.
Manage client feedback and translate it into clear actions for internal teams.
Build strong relationships with clients, production partners and creative talent.
Ensure clear communication and alignment between clients, creative teams and production teams.
4. Budget & Production Management
Prepare and manage production budgets for projects of varying scales.
Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets and timelines.
Negotiate with production vendors, freelancers and external creative partners.
Maintain a strong network of production houses, directors, photographers, DOPs, stylists, editors, freelancers and other creative vendors.
Identify efficient production solutions without compromising creative quality.
Manage production risks, dependencies and last-minute changes effectively.
5. Post-Production & Content Delivery
Oversee the complete post-production process across editing, colour, sound, VFX, motion graphics and finishing.
Work closely with editors and post-production teams to ensure the creative vision is maintained.
Review and approve content before client submission and final delivery.
Ensure all content is delivered in the required formats, specifications and timelines.
Maintain high standards of craft and quality across all final outputs.
6. Digital & Social Content
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms and their content formats.
Develop content that is platform-first, culturally relevant and audience-focused.
Understand short-form video, reels, branded content, influencer content and social-first storytelling.
Identify opportunities to create content that is both creatively strong and relevant to current digital behaviour.
Understand how content formats and audience expectations differ across platforms.
7. Team & Vendor Management
Lead and coordinate internal creative, production and post-production teams.
Build and manage a reliable roster of external production partners and freelancers.
Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
Provide clear briefs, timelines and expectations to internal and external teams.
Ensure teams remain aligned from ideation through final delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Film Making, Mass Communication, Advertising, Design, Marketing or a related field.
6–10 years of relevant experience in creative production, content production, advertising, digital agencies or production houses.
Proven experience in end-to-end production of social media content, branded content, influencer campaigns, digital films, ad films or integrated campaigns.
Experience managing both large-scale productions and agile social-first productions.
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating end-to-end production experience is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing creative environment.
