Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and competency heads to assess resource needs.
Allocate resources based on project priorities, timelines, and constraints.
Monitor and track resource utilization, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Maintain accurate records of resource schedules, availability, and performance.
Forecast future resource requirements based on business goals and pipeline.
Forecast future challenges in Util impact and curtail to meet the KRAs
Assist in onboarding, managing trackers and updates to business.
Ensure compliance with company policies in resource allocation.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Resolve resource-related conflicts and negotiate resource sharing across teams.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration in HR or Operations
4+ years of experience in resource management or a related role.
Strong understanding of resource planning and optimization methodologies.
Proficiency in resource management software and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage requirements and adapt to changing priorities.
Medium to Strong excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in service industry specially IT.
Financial acumen to understand budgets and resource-related costs.
Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
