Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced Senior Software Engineers to contribute to an advanced AI research initiative focused on improving the capabilities of next-generation foundation models. This role is designed for engineers with extensive experience building large-scale software systems who are passionate about applying their expertise to challenging AI engineering problems.
As an expert contributor, you will collaborate on complex technical tasks that help evaluate, improve, and benchmark AI models across real-world software engineering scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Apply senior-level software engineering expertise to evaluate and improve AI model performance.
Solve complex software engineering problems across large-scale systems and architectures.
Review technical outputs and provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated solutions.
Contribute to the development of high-quality engineering evaluation datasets.
Analyze software design, implementation strategies, and system architecture.
Collaborate with technical teams on AI model benchmarking and performance improvement.
Follow detailed project guidelines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Participate in ongoing project activities and contribute to future AI engineering initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong background working at leading technology companies or on large-scale enterprise software projects.
Expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, backend engineering, or full-stack development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Passion for AI technologies and advancing software engineering through AI.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Availability to commit approximately 20 hours per week.
