Role Description The Accounts and Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, tracking payments, and supporting periodic financial reporting. The Accounts and Tender Executive will also handle tender-related activities, such as identifying relevant tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely submission in line with client and regulatory requirements. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits and compliance checks. The individual will be expected to work with financial and tender management tools, follow established procedures, and contribute to improving processes over time.
Qualifications
Strong accounting and bookkeeping capabilities, including handling invoices, ledgers, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
Experience in tender management processes, such as preparing tender documents, coordinating submissions, and maintaining tender databases.
Proficiency with office and financial software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting systems, document management platforms).
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Understanding of basic financial compliance and documentation standards; experience in healthcare or medtech is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to evolving business and regulatory requirements.
