🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Communication Trainer with expertise in Phonics and LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing). The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to creating an engaging learning environment for students.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct training sessions on Phonics and LSRW for students
✔️ Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
✔️ Maintain class discipline and foster an engaging learning environment
✔️ Collaborate with the academic team to align training with curriculum requirements
✔️ Prepare reports and documentation related to student performance
🔹 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or communication training
✔️ Strong knowledge of Phonics and LSRW methodologies
✔️ Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field
✔️ Excellent command of spoken and written English
✔️ Ability to engage and motivate students across different age groups
✔️ Strong organizational and classroom management skills
