Director

Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur. The Director will provide strategic leadership across network infrastructure and cyber security services, overseeing consulting, solution design, implementation, and training initiatives. Responsibilities include defining long-term business and technology roadmaps, guiding enterprise security strategies, and ensuring high-quality delivery for corporate and government clients. The Director will manage cross-functional teams, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with technology partners to expand service offerings and respond to emerging threats. This role also involves monitoring market trends, driving operational excellence, and representing the company in key industry and client forums.
Qualifications
Strong background in network infrastructure and internetworking technologies, including data/voice convergence, wireless and optical networks, and storage area networks.
Proven expertise in cyber security, including security architecture, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and enterprise security governance.
Experience with operating systems, relational database systems, and web servers, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-platform environments.
Demonstrated leadership in consultancy or service organizations, including strategic planning, team management, and client engagement at senior levels.
Track record of working with enterprise and government customers, handling sensitive environments and advanced threat landscapes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP, CEH) are highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, with flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements and partner interactions.
