Job Description:
Senior Argus + Python developer - No of Opening - 1
The role involves developing integrations, automation solutions, APIs, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise-grade applications supporting pharmacovigilance operations and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
Understand the client's Argus system and integrate Indegene solution against the same.
Support case processing workflows, product configurations, reporting rules, and business validations.
Develop custom reports and dashboards supporting pharmacovigilance operations.
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
Build REST APIs using FastAPI.
Develop integrations with safety systems, regulatory platforms, document management systems, and AI services.
Implement microservices and event-driven architectures.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Build automation workflows for case processing, literature review, signal detection, and regulatory reporting.
Develop integrations with:
Oracle Argus Safety
Safety databases
RIM systems
MLR platforms
Clinical systems
Data lakes and warehouses
Work with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
Required skills
Years of relevant experience - around 6-8 years
Experience with Argus configuration and support.
Hands-on experience with:
FastAPI
REST APIs
Microservices architecture
SQL and database design
Docker and Kubernetes
Git and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms - AWS
Knowledge of AI/GenAI-based automation in PV operations.

PostgreSQL
