Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Noida, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and civil engineering teams to plan and monitor site operations, manage resources, and resolve technical issues. The Site Engineer will review drawings and structural designs, supervise execution of work, conduct inspections, and document site progress. The role also includes maintaining communication with stakeholders, preparing reports, and supporting adherence to project timelines and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Strong civil engineering foundation, including experience with Structural Engineering and working with Civil Engineers.
Hands-on experience in on-site supervision and site management, particularly for construction or infrastructure projects.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of Quality Control processes, standards, and inspection methods to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with construction drawings, codes, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project management tools).
Ability to work safely in field environments, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Prior experience in infrastructure, building, or industrial projects in a site or field engineering capacity is an advantage.
