Site Civil Engineer

Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil works at project locations in Bengaluru, ensuring alignment with design intent, safety standards, and quality specifications. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors; supervising execution of civil works such as foundations, structural elements, and utilities; and monitoring project progress against timelines. The engineer will conduct site inspections, verify drawings and measurements, and resolve technical issues related to civil and site conditions. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, maintaining documentation, supporting planning and scheduling, and implementing best practices in stormwater and site management to ensure durable, functional, and compliant built environments.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply structural and site-related drawings.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on building or interior fit-out projects, preferably in residential and commercial environments.
Proficiency in Planning, including site scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking for multiple ongoing projects.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and basic infrastructure services to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient site layouts.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and quality control practices relevant to urban projects in India.
Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
