Profile description:
We are looking for a motivated Compliance Operations Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Human Rights, Compliance, or a related field;
Previous experience in compliance assessment, compliance operations, project management, risk, or a related area;
Experience developing processes, metrics, KPIs, and stakeholder reports;
Experience designing and delivering training programs;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analytics tools;
Fluency in English and at least one additional European language;
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
