Senior Manager – Delivery & Client Fulfilment

Role Purpose
Drive client acquisition and account growth while owning day-to-day delivery and fulfilment on those accounts. Sales is a main part of this role, alongside delivery: the role opens and grows client relationships, converts demand into requirements, and ensures they are fulfilled on time and at quality through the Talent Acquisition organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Acquire new clients and vendor empanelment across Oracle, SAP, Digital, Cyber Security and Data Engineering.
Farm and expand existing accounts; grow wallet share, requirement volumes and service lines.
Build and run the sales pipeline — lead generation, client outreach, funnel hygiene, conversion and win rate.
Support commercial discussions, rate cards, MSAs and renewals in line with approved guidelines.
Track market demand, competitor rates and hiring trends; bring intelligence back to shape the offering.
Delivery & Client Fulfilment
Own end-to-end fulfilment on assigned accounts — requirement intake, calibration, allocation with the TA managers, submissions, interviews, offers and onboarding.
Run daily and weekly delivery reviews with TA managers; track submissions, interview-to-offer ratios, TAT and open positions.
Ensure quality and SLA adherence; resolve delivery bottlenecks and escalations quickly.
Agree feasibility on client turnaround times, volumes and headcount with the Global Head – Talent Acquisition before committing to clients.
Coordinate with bench, onboarding and resource management to improve redeployment and reduce bench cost.
Client Management
Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients on both business development and delivery.
Lead account reviews and client governance calls; present delivery performance and pipeline.
Build relationships with client hiring managers, procurement and vendor management teams.
Manage client feedback, satisfaction and account retention.
Key Performance Indicators
New clients and empanelment added; account expansion and wallet share.
Requirement inflow, pipeline conversion and win rate.
Fulfilment rate, closures, TAT and SLA adherence.
Submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
Bench utilization and redeployment.
Client satisfaction and account retention.
Requirements
15+ years in staffing, RPO or IT consulting, with strong command of contract and permanent staffing.
Proven record in both sales (new logos, account growth) and delivery (requirement fulfilment) in an IT staffing environment.
End-to-end TA knowledge — sourcing, screening, offer management, onboarding and bench.
Experience across Oracle, SAP, Digital, Cyber Security or Data Engineering hiring markets preferred.
Strong client communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of an ATS and MIS reporting.
Based in Bangalore and working from the office.
