Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer will work on-site at Studio Guerrilla’s Bengaluru location in a full-time capacity. This role involves conceptualizing and creating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, videos, social media content, and brand presentations. The Motion Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with designers, video producers, and creative leads to develop storyboards, style frames, and final animations that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, animating elements, preparing assets for video production, and refining content based on feedback. The role also requires maintaining organized project files, meeting deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to elevate visual storytelling.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills, including experience with animation principles and timing.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Post-Production, including preparing assets, collaborating on edits, and understanding basic video workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Davinci-resolve, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or equivalent software.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and design work is required.
