SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER (UI/UX) — ENTERPRISE SaaS

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help redesign and shape the user experience of a large-scale enterprise SaaS platform.
This is not a website design role.
We need someone who understands how to take complex enterprise workflows and make them feel simple, intuitive, modern and fast.
You’ll design experiences across products covering:
• CAFM / CMMS
• HSE & Safety Management
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Energy & Building Management
• IoT & Smart Buildings
• Analytics & Executive Dashboards
• AI-powered workflows and assistants
• Mobile applications
Our users range from technicians and facility managers to HSE teams, operations managers and senior executives.
The challenge is simple:
Take enterprise-grade complexity and make it feel effortless.
You will be responsible for:
• End-to-end UX for complex SaaS workflows
• Information architecture and navigation
• User journeys and workflow simplification
• Wireframes and high-fidelity UI
• Enterprise dashboards and analytics
• Tables, filters, forms and data-heavy interfaces
• Mobile and responsive experiences
• Building and maintaining our Figma Design System
• Creating reusable components and interaction patterns
• Working closely with Product and Engineering
• Improving existing screens based on real customer usage
• Ensuring consistency across multiple products
Ideally 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience, with strong experience designing B2B SaaS or Enterprise Softwares
Experience with products such as ERP, CRM, CAFM, CMMS, EAM, HSE, HRMS, workflow platforms or other complex business applications is highly desirable.
You should be extremely strong in Figma and understand:
• Design systems
• Component libraries
• Auto Layout
• Prototyping
• Responsive design
• UX research
• User flows
• Data visualization
• Developer handoff
