We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented On Chain Product Manager to support and optimize the day-to-day operations of our cryptocurrency spot trading business.
Core responsibilities
Responsible for the overall planning and design of on-chain trading products, covering core functional modules such as asset discovery, market data and candlestick charts, quoting and order placement, and position and fund accounting;
Drive the product design and implementation of on-chain transaction workflows and smart contract modules, including asset flows between platform custodial accounts and on-chain execution accounts, transaction construction, signing and broadcasting, and Gas fee subsidization;
Formulate integration plans and launch strategies for new public chains, aggregators, and asset classes (including RWAs such as tokenized stocks) based on business scenarios, and drive their cross-platform implementation;
Lead product design for token security and risk governance; define security monitoring metrics and classification rules, and establish specific handling strategies for different risk levels across key stages such as asset selection, search, market data display, and order placement;
Establish and refine systems for monitoring and reconciling on-chain transaction data and platform funds; propose product optimization strategies based on data analysis.
Coordinate resources across cross-functional teams—including R&D, smart contract development, design, risk management, and compliance—and take full responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle management of on-chain business requirements.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, including a minimum of 3 years in Fintech, Web3, or digital asset trading platforms.
Familiar with mainstream public blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Base, Arbitrum, Solana) and the differences between EVM and non-EVM account models; knowledgeable about DEX aggregator routing, slippage, and gas mechanisms; experienced in designing on-chain trading or dApp products.
Possess rigorous logic and the ability to design clear fund flow architectures; deeply understand on-chain execution, internal clearing and settlement, and accounting reconciliation processes.
Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and a systematic product mindset; capable of independently conducting requirements assessments and delivering API-level solution specifications.
