Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination for the on-site team at Loco Bear in Bengaluru. This full-time on-site role involves implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards. The individual will handle employee relations, addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture in a dynamic entertainment environment. The HR Executive will collaborate with management to support recruitment, training, and workforce planning, ensuring staffing levels meet operational needs. The role also includes maintaining HR records, preparing reports, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end HR processes.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and payroll coordination.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, including local labor laws and best practices.
Proven ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a respectful workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse on-ground teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or service-oriented environments is preferred.
