Role Description The US - IT Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for driving IT services and solutions sales to clients in the US market, including identifying and qualifying prospects, developing new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, building and nurturing client relationships, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company standards. The role also involves close collaboration with delivery and technical teams to tailor solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue and margin targets. The Senior Sales Manager will maintain accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and contribute to strategic planning for growth in the US region.
Qualifications
Strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge, with experience selling complex IT services or solutions to international clients, preferably in the US market.
Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales, including prospecting, outreach, pipeline building, and closing new business.
Demonstrated Account Management experience, managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a consultative selling approach and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with or selling enterprise technologies such as AI/ML solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Boomi, BI platforms, or similar enterprise software is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong analytical, planning, and time-management capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or technology are a plus.
Prior experience in a senior sales or business development role within an IT services or consulting organization is strongly preferred.
