Job Title : Senior Graphic Designer
Location : Kolkata
Job Type : Full-Time
Position Overview -
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio across both digital and print platforms. You’ll lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visual output that communicates effectively and creatively. You should have a passion for design, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how to translate marketing goals into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities -
Conceptualize and execute high-impact design solutions for campaigns, branding, social media, web, email, packaging, and print materials.
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design consistency.
Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines for both internal and client-facing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Requirements -
2-5 Years experienced
Must Know English & Hindi Language
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Familiarity with responsive web design, UI/UX principles, and digital asset creation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
