Event Management – Internship

Roles and responsibilities
As an intern, you will:
Assist in the planning and execution of diverse events (corporate, client, internal)
Support logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management
Help with communication materials and internal briefings
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Ensure smooth follow-up and reporting after events

Event experience and organizational skills
Understanding of communication tools and techniques
Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
Fluency in Dutch, French or English and good command of the other languages
Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel);
Project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and focus
A collaborative and team-mindset
Flexibility and proactivity in taking on assignments and responsibilities
