Reporting To : Director of Front Office
What are we looking for?
Receptionists serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
University graduate (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration)
Proficient in English
At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in the hotel and hospitality industry
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Team player with a solution-oriented approach
Detail-oriented and responsible
Time management and prioritization skills
Committed to confidentiality and professionalism
Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous experience in cash handling and cashier operations
