Role Description This is a full-time Junior Architect role based in Chennai or Madurai, offered in a hybrid model with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and producing design documentation for various stages of a project. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal stakeholders, assisting with integration of design and technical solutions, and helping with basic project planning activities. The role involves reviewing design details for accuracy, contributing to design presentations, and supporting smooth handoffs between design and execution teams. The Junior Architect is expected to learn and apply office standards, maintain organized project files, and uphold timelines and quality expectations.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
Understanding of Software Development and Integration principles as they relate to design tools.
Basic knowledge of Project Management, including task tracking, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and adherence to deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
Strong analytical, visualization, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and documentation.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Interest in continuous learning, openness to feedback, and willingness to support multiple projects simultaneously.
