About the Company

About the Role
The most important hire in this initiative. You will design and own the AI transformation roadmap for India's largest luxury watch retailer. You are the person who translates business problems into AI solutions — and then makes sure those solutions actually get built, adopted, and deliver measurable value. You will work directly with the CEO and all department heads. You are not a manager of a technology team. You are a business leader with deep AI fluency.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end AI roadmap across all departments — merchandising, marketing, sales, CRM, digital
Design and deploy the ERP-to-Claude intelligence pipeline (Dynamic API integration)
Build and maintain the Claude-powered decision support system for the CEO and department heads
Partner with every department head to identify, prioritise, and deliver AI use cases
Manage the AI Labs team — engineer and business analyst — and their output
Run quarterly AI capability reviews across all departments
Stay ahead of AI tool developments and continuously update the Labs toolkit
Present progress, ROI, and roadmap updates to the MD & CEO and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience building AI-powered products or systems in a business context
Required Skills
Has delivered measurable business outcomes using AI — not just built models
Deep knowledge of LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier), and data pipelines
Retail, e-commerce, or luxury industry experience is a strong advantage
Exceptional communicator — equally comfortable with a CEO, a boutique manager, and a software engineer
