Senior Information Technology Recruiter

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, managing the entire hiring process from requisition to offer.
Strong background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with experience filling a wide range of information technology roles.
Proven success in Hiring, including collaborating with stakeholders, assessing candidate fit, and negotiating offers.
Experience working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to collaborate on-site in California and operate effectively remotely.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on candidate experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ability to use applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) to build and maintain talent pipelines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience recruiting for education, training, or tech-focused organizations is an advantage.
