About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Visa Consultant to join our team and manage visa applications for clients traveling worldwide. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling visas across multiple countries, strong knowledge of documentation requirements, and the ability to guide clients through the process smoothly and accurately.
What You'll Do
Handle end-to-end visa processing for tourist, business, student, and work visas across multiple countries (Schengen, UK, USA, Gulf countries, Southeast Asia, etc.)
Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation checklists, and eligibility criteria for their destination
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa outsourcing agencies (VFS, BLS, etc.) to track and follow up on applications
Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness before submission
Stay updated on the latest visa rules, travel advisories, and embassy policy changes across key destinations
Coordinate with the sales/tour team to align visa timelines with travel bookings
Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, rejections, and client communications
Handle client queries and resolve visa-related issues or delays professionally
Assist with appointment bookings, biometric scheduling, and courier coordination where applicable
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Visa Consultant, handling global visa applications (multi-country experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of visa categories, embassy procedures, and documentation standards
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple applications/deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with visa tracking software is a plus
Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak travel seasons
Nice to Have
Experience working with a travel agency, visa consultancy, or immigration firm
Existing relationships with visa agencies/embassies
Knowledge of additional languages relevant to client base
