🚀 BrainBots is Hiring | School Partnership & Business Development Executive
BrainBots is growing, and we’re looking for a people-focused and driven individual to help us expand our Robotics, AI & STEM education programs across schools.
We are already working with schools and are expanding to more schools in the coming months. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete school outreach process — from finding the right schools to closing partnerships.
💼 What You’ll Do :
• Identify and approach schools, principals, and academic decision-makers
• Visit schools and introduce BrainBots’ Robotics, AI & STEM programs
• Present our programs, implementation model, curriculum, and lab solutions
• Understand the school’s requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and direct school visits
• Coordinate demos and meetings with school management
• Follow up with prospects and handle discussions/objections
• Negotiate and work towards closing school partnerships
• Maintain a simple pipeline of schools, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
• Represent BrainBots at school events, workshops, and demonstrations when required
🎯 Who We’re Looking For :
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / School Outreach / EdTech
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking with principals and senior school management
• Confident with face-to-face meetings and cold calling
• Willing to travel locally across Hyderabad and nearby areas
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment
• Interest in Robotics, AI, Electronics, STEM or Education is a plus

💰 Compensation: Startup-level fixed compensation + performance incentives.
