Customer Experience Intern

🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Intern at Wellopia
Do you enjoy talking to people, understanding their experiences, and turning conversations into meaningful insights?
Wellopia is looking for a Customer Experience Intern to join our team and work closely with our customers to understand how they experience our kids wellness products.
What you’ll be doing:
• Call Wellopia customers and understand their experience with our products
• Collect genuine customer feedback through structured conversations
• Encourage customers to share their product experience and reviews
• Capture customer feedback accurately in our tracking sheets
• Maintain product-wise review and calling dashboards
• Follow up with customers who could not be reached
• Identify recurring customer feedback, likes, concerns, and suggestions
• Share customer insights with the CX and marketing teams
• Help us build a strong repository of authentic customer voice
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Good listening and conversation skills
• Someone who is patient, empathetic and confident while speaking with parents
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Comfortable working with daily targets
• Prior calling / customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Who would be a good fit?
Someone who enjoys talking to people, asking the right questions, listening carefully and understanding what customers actually think.
This is a hands-on role where you will directly interact with Wellopia customers and learn about Customer Experience, Consumer Research, Customer Insights and D2C operations.
