Overnight Hygiene

Saturday - Wednesday nights 10pm - 7am
Carry out thorough cleaning and sanitisation of production machinery, equipment and production lines during overnight shifts.
Clean floors, work surfaces, food-contact areas and other designated production areas to a high standard.
Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures and hygiene standards at all times.
Safely dismantle, clean and reassemble machinery and equipment where required.
Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and PPE safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure all cleaning is completed within the required timeframes to allow production to commence on schedule.
Identify and report any damaged equipment, maintenance issues or hygiene concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain accurate cleaning records and complete relevant checklists.
Follow all company Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety and hygiene requirements.
Work as part of the night cleaning team and support other cleaning duties as required.
Starting pay €15.65
