Role Description The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a functional team, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality delivery of consulting and outsourced services within the Finance, Accounting, HR, or Legal domains. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Pune Division, involves planning and distributing workloads, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to team members. The Team Lead will collaborate with senior management to implement process improvements, track project milestones, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and client requirements. Key duties include reviewing work outputs, managing client communication on operational matters, resolving issues in a timely manner, and contributing to documentation and reporting. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting training initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and mentoring staff in a professional services or consulting environment.
Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and/or business operations, with the ability to interpret data, review reports, and support decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage client interactions, coordinate cross-functional work, and present information clearly.
Proven ability in project coordination, workload planning, and process optimization to meet deadlines and service-level expectations.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability in dynamic, multi-client environments.
Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools; familiarity with ERP, accounting, or HR systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA) are beneficial.
