About Aeredium
Aeredium is building financial control and digital asset custody infrastructure for enterprises and AI agents. We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team in Gurugram and support customers using AER360 and AerSeal
Location: Gurugram, India
Employment type: Full-time
Work arrangement: On-site
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply
What you’ll do
Be the first point of contact when customers face issues related to wallet access, transactions, policies or approvals
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues
Resolve issues where possible and escalate technical problems to the engineering or product team
Own support tickets from the first response through investigation and resolution
Use logs and dashboards to check transaction and approval statuses
Create and maintain support documentation as new issue patterns emerge
Identify recurring problems and share feedback with the product team
What we’re looking for
Strong written and spoken English
Basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, crypto wallets, transactions, private keys and digital assets
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify whether an issue is caused by user error, a policy restriction or a system fault
Comfortable working with logs and dashboards
Ability to remain calm and communicate clearly while handling customer issues
Willingness to learn new technical concepts and take ownership of customer problems
Minimum education: Graduation in IT, BSC, BCA or Btech
Nice to have
Basic understanding of Ethereum, EVM networks or smart contracts
Familiarity with AI agents or automated transactions
Previous exposure to crypto, fintech, payments, wallet applications or technical support
Previous professional experience is not mandatory. Freshers with the right technical understanding, communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Training
Complete product training will be provided on AER360, including threshold signing, biometric transaction approvals, policy limits and approval quorums.
