Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management (VJIM) is one of Hyderabad’s leading B-schools, with over 33 years of academic excellence. Through its industry-focused PGDM programmes, VJIM is committed to developing responsible, skilled and future-ready business leaders.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead admissions outreach and support student enrolment for our PGDM programmes.
Key responsibilities:
• Plan and execute student outreach and admissions activities
• Build partnerships with colleges, coaching centres and education consultants
• Manage leads across the admissions funnel and improve conversions
• Conduct presentations, counselling sessions, education fairs and campus visits
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and publishers to optimise lead generation
• Track outreach performance and achieve enrolment targets
Profile:
• 7–8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in higher education, preferably with a B-school or PGDM institution
• Strong network across colleges, coaching centres and education consultants
• Proven experience in outreach, counselling, lead conversion and enrolment
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
