Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations to support BizAstra’s growing team and business objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Nashik includes managing recruitment and onboarding, designing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures. The HR Manager will handle performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development programs. Day-to-day responsibilities also include payroll coordination, maintaining HR records, managing employee relations, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. The role requires close collaboration with management and functional teams to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, compensation and benefits practices, and HR policy development.
Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
Experience in training needs assessment, designing learning initiatives, and supporting career development.
Ability to use HRIS or HR management tools, with solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or MBA in HR is preferred.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, ideally in financial services, consulting, or startup environments.
Ability to work on-site in Nashik and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
