SAP TM Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and SAP S/4HANA TM. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end transportation solution design, configuration, implementation, and support. The role will focus on transportation planning, freight management, carrier collaboration, shipment execution, and freight settlement, along with integration with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead SAP TM solution design, configuration, and implementation.
Design transportation planning and freight management solutions.
Configure and support freight settlement processes.
Prepare solution design documents and functional specifications.
Develop test scripts and support UAT and sign-off activities.
Define master data and migration strategies.
Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
Prepare training and knowledge-transfer documentation.
Work closely with business users and on-site client teams.
Coordinate with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and other logistics teams for integration.
Requirements:
5-8 years of relevant SAP TM experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA TM implementations/support.
Good understanding of end-to-end transportation and logistics processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proactive approach with good ownership and team collaboration.
Willingness to work 100% onsite at the client location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
Open to learning and taking ownership of tasks through closure.
15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
