Overall monitor, maintain, manage and ensure smooth operations at site from all fronts related PM services.
Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations and activities.
Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, M&E, customer care services, horticulture, fire-fighting services, pest services, etc.)
Monitor activities towards effective service delivery.
Proactive liaison with local authorities.
Manage the administration activities.
Monitors invoice processing for management approval.
Maintain the administration of inventory control programs and systems.
Coordinates approval of contracts, notices, and other time-sensitive documents
Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment and take appropriate actions accordingly.
Manages critical relationships with client, owners, and key vendors.
Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors.
Responds quickly to emergency situations.
Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills.
Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested.
Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution.
