School Activation Ambassador – iNSIGHTS

Role Overview
The School Activation Ambassador will represent iNSIGHTS across Kolkata-based schools, introducing students, teachers and school management to the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in education.
The ambassador will conduct meetings, organize product demonstrations, onboard schools and help identify promising student talent through the iNSIGHTS TalentSphere ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with schools across Kolkata.
Schedule meetings with principals, coordinators and school management.
Explain AI and the iNSIGHTS ecosystem in simple, student-friendly language.
Conduct offline AI-awareness sessions, workshops and live iNSIGHTS demonstrations.
Demonstrate how iNSIGHTS supports research, learning, creativity, projects and innovation.
Onboard interested schools, teachers and students to the iNSIGHTS platform.
Introduce TalentSphere and discover promising students, creators, innovators and future builders.
Build relationships with school clubs, innovation cells, computer departments and student communities.
Maintain follow-ups and submit reports after every school meeting or activation.
Coordinate with the iNSIGHTS team for presentations, demonstrations and school partnerships.

Ideal Candidate
Kolkata-based and comfortable travelling to schools.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Confident while interacting with principals, teachers and students.

Self-driven and capable of managing outreach and follow-ups independently.
Previous experience in school outreach, education, events or institutional partnerships is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
An alumnus/alumna of a reputed school in Kolkata.
Has a strong relationship with their former school, teachers or alumni network.
Can facilitate introductions and meetings with school decision-makers.
Based in Kolkata and comfortable visiting schools.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Confident interacting with principals, teachers, parents and students.
Interested in AI, education, innovation and talent discovery.
Self-driven and capable of independently managing outreach and follow-ups.
Previous experience in school outreach, education, events or institutional partnerships is preferred.
