Role Description The Associate Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, including coordinating sales activities, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting branch targets. This full-time, on-site role based in Motihari involves managing customer relationships, assisting with policy servicing, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role includes preparing regular reports, supporting business planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies. The Associate Business Manager will also help identify growth opportunities, support team training, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
