Senior BIM Modeler Structural

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Deliver accurate and coordinated structural models and drawings from concept to As-built using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Ensure adherence to Ramboll templates, standards, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for all deliverables.
Follow established modelling strategies and QA/QC requirements to maintain quality from the outset.
Apply correct Revit workflows: modelling, tagging, view templates, worksets, schedules, and coordination processes.
Develop Revit families, generate PDF/DWG exports, and prepare drawings as needed.
Perform clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and maintain discipline model links.
Support automation processes and manage ACC Revit workflows (Publish/Share/Consume).
Communicate proactively with the BIM Manger/BIM Lead regarding project challenges and propose improvements.
Carry out self-checks to ensure compliance with QA standards and checking procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Min. 5 to 10+ year of work experience in 3D BIM and REVIT. Dynamo knowledge will be an added advantage
Experience in implementing the BIM Adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaboration technology.
Good knowledge of local/ International building standards
Proficient with MS Office (Work, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Problem-solving and proactive approach to project delivery challenges.
Ability to develop Revit families and manage multi-disciplinary model integration
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, Solibri, BIMCollab.
Familiarity with RTV Exporter, DiRoots/Naviate/Ideate tools, Rhino, Dynamo, and ACC features.
