Role: Lead Presales Specialist – Oracle Cloud HCM
Locations- PAN India (Hybrid)
Job Summary
We're looking for a Lead – Presales & Solutions SME, Oracle Cloud HCM to own and drive complex, high-value pursuits from strategy through close. In this role, you'll shape solution strategy and value propositions — including AI-enhanced offerings — for our most strategic opportunities. As a recognized HCM subject matter expert, you'll mentor the wider presales team, lead major RFP responses and executive presentations, and work closely with sales leadership to accelerate GTM initiatives and pipeline growth.
Key SME Responsibilities
Presales & Pursuit Leadership
Own strategic presales pursuits end-to-end — opportunity qualification, solution strategy, competitive positioning, and executive-level closing conversations
Lead complex RFP/RFI responses and executive workshops, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (delivery, legal, finance)
Architect high-impact demos and POCs used as active decision drivers in the sales cycle, with measurable ROI
Solutioning & Design
Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solution architectures across Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Workforce Management
Translate business requirements into solution blueprints and value propositions for executive audiences
Build reusable presales assets, industry solution accelerators, and reference architectures on Oracle Cloud HCM
Implementation Oversight
Bring genuine full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or large-scale transformation experience
Act as SME/escalation point during implementation for solutions personally designed or sold, ensuring design intent survives delivery
Support fit-gap analysis, solution governance, and steering committee representation through delivery
Emerging Technology — Agentic AI & Redwood
Design and position solutions integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities (e.g., intelligent process automation, conversational HR assistants)
Bring working exposure to Oracle Redwood — UI/UX, personalization, and adoption planning — and represent it credibly in client conversations and demos
Required Skills & Experience
Deep functional and presales expertise across the Oracle Cloud HCM suite — Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Workforce Management
Genuine track record leading multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and/or large-scale transformation programs
Proven success driving strategic presales pursuits, complex RFP responses, and executive-level workshops — with named examples, not generic descriptions
Ability to design and speak credibly to end-to-end solutions integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities
Hands-on exposure to Oracle Redwood (UI, personalization, adoption)
Outstanding communication and storytelling skills — translating technical solutions into business outcomes for executive audiences
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills across sales, delivery, product, and customer leadership
Skilled at architecting and personally delivering high-impact demos and POCs with measurable ROI
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer engagements, pursuits, and industry events
Preferred Skills & Experience
Established thought leadership in HCM transformation — speaking engagements, published POVs, or similar
Multi-country/global HCM rollout exposure, including compliance and localization
Working knowledge of deal shaping, commercial structuring, and partnership models for large SaaS transactions
Experience partnering with Oracle product management or the partner ecosystem on roadmap/co-innovation
