Proposal Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Proposal Manager based in the United States.
This role leads the end-to-end proposal process, from reviewing RFPs and coordinating internal inputs through submission and project handoff.
You will manage multiple deadlines, priorities, stakeholders, and dependencies while ensuring proposals are accurate, compliant, polished, and delivered on time.
The position works closely with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Design, Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
You will bring structure to complex information, identify risks and gaps, and help drive timely resolutions.
The role also contributes to improving proposal tools, templates, documentation standards, and workflows.
Success requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
