About the Role
Keerthi Estates Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Junior Engineer (Civil) to join our project execution team for a premium villa development in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and site teams, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring construction activities are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Independently handle villa construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other site teams.
• Check line, level, dimensions and quality of work at every stage.
• Monitor manpower, materials and daily site progress against the project schedule.
• Carry out quantity checks and measurements and assist with contractor billing.
• Ensure proper material usage and minimise wastage at site.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil and finishing activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and site safety requirements.
• Identify execution issues early and coordinate with the Project Engineer / Project Manager for timely resolution.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on residential construction experience.
• Experience in premium villas or gated community projects will be preferred.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of site execution and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good contractor, subcontractor and labour-management skills.
• Strong focus on quality, timelines and execution.
• Comfortable working independently at a construction site.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
