Senior HubSpot Consultant

Steadman Hub are working alongside a renowned HubSpot partner who are looking to hire a Senior HubSpot Consultant to join their growing team. They're known for delivering HubSpot implementations, onboarding, and ongoing optimisation for a varied portfolio of clients, and they're looking for an experienced consultant to take a lead role in scoping and delivering complex, high-value engagements.
As Senior HubSpot Consultant, you'll act as the HubSpot expert for clients across the organisation, leading implementations, migrations, and integrations while advising on CRM best practice and strategy. You'll work closely with account and delivery teams to ensure projects are scoped accurately and delivered to a high standard, while also supporting the development of junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the discovery, implementation, and delivery of HubSpot projects across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub
Advise on platform strategy, process design, and best practice to maximise the value of their HubSpot investment post implementation
Manage complex migrations and integrations between HubSpot and other business systems (Zoominfo, Gong, Xero, etc)
Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing technical expertise across the team
Experience and Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience delivering HubSpot implementations, that has to be gained from a HubSpot partner or agency environment
Advanced HubSpot certifications across multiple Hubs
Strong understanding of HubSpot integrations, API integrations, and data migration processes
Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to advise confidently on strategy as well as execution
