Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Agent will manage the end-to-end sales and leasing process, including prospecting leads, conducting property visits, and presenting suitable residential and commercial options aligned with client needs and budgets. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing advisory on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities, and coordinating with developers and internal teams for accurate property information. The agent will prepare and review documentation, support negotiations, and ensure a smooth transaction experience from enquiry to closure. Regular follow-ups, maintaining an updated CRM or client database, and participating in site events or marketing activities are key parts of the daily responsibilities.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, relationship management, and client communication.
Candidates should possess solid Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including residential, commercial, and investment-oriented projects.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, covering lead generation, conversion, negotiation, and closing.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools and be comfortable working with online listing platforms.
Candidates should possess strong local market awareness of Ahmedabad and surrounding areas; prior experience in real estate broking or advisory is preferred.
Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
