Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms to promote Varn Infra Developers’ properties and brand. Daily tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with business goals, responding to audience interactions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The Social Media Manager will also stay updated on platform trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for campaign management and platform growth.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and optimize social media calendars and campaigns.
Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and performance tracking is beneficial.
Knowledge of real estate or related industries is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
