Krushit Vanzara Studios is a creative post-production studio specializing in Photo Retouching, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and Graphic design, serving clients worldwide. Our team is a mix of detail-obsessed editors and storytelling-driven creatives who take their craft seriously.
The Role
We're looking for an HR professional who can take full ownership of the function, strengthen our systems, refine our processes, and shape how our team experiences working here. You'll report directly to leadership and have real influence over how the studio grows, in headcount and in culture.
What You'll Own
Talent Acquisition: Strengthen our hiring pipeline and own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
HR Systems & Compliance: Manage our HRMS, POSH compliance, payroll inputs, PT deductions, leave balances, and reimbursements in coordination with accounts. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act, and more).
Policies & Documentation: Maintain and improve our employee handbook, HR policies, and related documents.
People Operations: Handle onboarding, leave management, grievances, and performance review cycles. Be the first point of contact when people need support.
Culture & Engagement: Protect and build on what makes KVS a great place to work through team events, Fun Fridays, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
HR Reporting: Share regular reports with leadership on hiring, compliance, and team metrics.
Studio Culture Content: Work with the creative team to capture and share KVS culture on our social channels.
Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office management, vendor coordination, and facilities.
Future Growth: As KVS expands, including an upcoming new studio, your scope will grow with it.
Who You Are
3–6 years of HR experience, with exposure to both generalist and strategic responsibilities
Mandatory minimum 6 months of experience working in a creative media company or an agency.
You've handled recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance, not just one of these
Solid working knowledge of Indian labour law: PF, ESIC, PT and Gratuity Act
Familiar with HRMS tools and comfortable setting one up from scratch
Comfortable working independently and making decisions without a playbook
Empathetic with people, firm with process; you know when to be which
This role suits someone who has worked in a structured environment and is ready to take full ownership — or someone who has built an HR function before and wants to do it even better.
