We are looking for an experienced creative professional interested in building, operating, and growing the Visual Communication & Creative Production function as a long-term business partner.
Potential Earning Opportunity
Based on preliminary business projections, the tentative average earning potential over the first three years is estimated at approximately ₹18 LPA+, subject to business performance, revenue generation, agreed responsibilities, and the final profit-sharing structure. We need someone who can convert complex technical products, engineering information, and commercial concepts into visually outstanding, technically accurate, and commercially effective communication.
This opportunity is not suitable for someone whose experience is limited primarily to routine Canva templates or basic social-media posts.

𝟭. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻
Create professional visual communication including:
Product catalogues, brochures, datasheets, manuals, user guides, application notes, comparison sheets, and specification tables.
Technical infographics, feature illustrations, process/architecture diagrams, and software/UI presentations.
Exhibition/trade-show graphics, distributor/OEM presentations, email/WhatsApp creatives, LinkedIn/social media graphics, website banners, product-launch materials, and corporate presentations.
Critical requirement: Ability to present substantial technical information clearly without visual clutter or fatigue.

Understand distinct communication strategies for catalogues, manuals, brochures, datasheets, and social ads.

Build and maintain a scalable MIIGO visual system covering:
Brand-guideline compliance, logo usage, typography, brand colors, reusable design templates, component libraries, icon systems, technical-table standards, product-image treatment, catalogue systems, and social media frameworks.
Objective: Ensure every MIIGO asset looks unmistakably MIIGO.

Competencies: Storyboarding, scene sequencing, professional editing, motion graphics, kinetic typography, product callouts, subtitles, VO sync, music/SFX, audio balancing, color grading, screen recordings, logo animation, and multi-format exports.

Human judgment: Must identify and correct AI-generated visual, technical, anatomical, branding, and product representation errors prior to publication.
Preferred Tools & Tech Stack
Graphic Design / Publishing: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher, Canva Pro. (InDesign or Affinity Publisher experience strongly preferred).
Video / Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut Professional, Adobe Audition.
AI & Creative Tools: InVideo, HeyGen, FlexClip, Phot.AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity.

Technical Understanding Matters
MIIGO products involve sensors, measurement accuracy, calibration, data loggers, industrial communication protocols, graphs, engineering specifications, software platforms, and technical terminology.
An engineering qualification is not mandatory, but you must possess the curiosity and analytical capability to understand technical details before designing.
At MIIGO, a visually beautiful design containing technically incorrect information is unacceptable.
Preferred Candidate Profile
3–8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong B2B, corporate, industrial, or technical-design portfolio.
Demonstrated multi-page catalogue/documentation and professional video-editing capability.
Experience with AI creative tools, strong English comprehension, exceptional detail focus, and ability to operate independently.
Industry experience in instrumentation, electronics, industrial products, engineering, pharma, healthcare, SaaS, or manufacturing is an advantage.
