Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee life cycle activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational HR guidelines. The individual will address employee relations matters, facilitate grievance handling, and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with department heads, assist in HR reporting and metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes aligned with the institution’s mission in healthcare.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including exposure to core HR functions.
Experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR platforms.
Strong understanding of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant HR certification is an advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Prior experience in healthcare or a large institutional setting is preferred but not mandatory.
